RADIESSE + HA FAMOUS MIX
American Celebrity Protocols

📍 Solingen, Germany

Registration opens 12 July 2026. Limited seats.

What this masterclass is about
Radiesse and HA work well together, but almost nobody teaches how to combine them properly. HA on its own gives a soft, safe result that fades. Radiesse on its own gives real lift and collagen stimulation, but it's less forgiving and you have to know exactly what you're doing. Mixed correctly, you get the strengths of both: lifting, face slimming and collagen stimulation in one procedure, with a lower risk profile than pure Radiesse.
This is the approach behind the sculpted, camera-ready faces you see in American clinics. Sharp jawlines, defined cheekbones, a clean facial contour that still looks natural. Your patients already bring you these photos. After this day you'll know how to deliver them!

Block 1. Radiesse and HA: what you need to understand before you inject

We go through how both products actually work, how long each one lasts, and what happens in the tissue after a month, six months and a year. You'll get clear indications and contraindications, the complications that can occur with each product, and how to prevent them. We'll also cover the patients who shouldn't receive the mix at all.

Block 2. The Golden Ratio and the face as a single unit

Knowing the anatomy protects your patient, but knowing proportion is what makes your results stand out. Most injectors understand the muscles, vessels and danger zones. Far fewer can look at a face and read it as one aesthetic unit, see how its proportions relate to each other, identify the features that make that particular face attractive, and decide what to enhance and what to leave alone.
In this block you'll learn to assess the face against the Golden Ratio and use proportion as your treatment plan, rather than treating zones one by one. This is what separates a technically correct result from a genuinely beautiful one.

Block 3. Mixing technique

You'll get the exact ratios, the zones where the mix works and the zones where it shouldn't be used. We cover dilution, preparation, injection depth, and when to use a cannula versus a needle and why. You'll also learn which combinations are safe and which ones should never be attempted.

Block 4. Female protocol

Creating a V-shaped face, cheekbones that read well in photographs, a sculpted jawline, and the Jolie angles. We also cover chin work in female aesthetics and how it supports the overall shape of the face.

Block 5. Male protocol

Building the U-shaped jawline associated with Brad Pitt, defining male cheekbones without feminising the face, and chin filler for men. We look closely at how male and female facial architecture differ and why the same technique gives very different results in each.

Block 6. Hands-on practice with models

You'll watch a full live demonstration first, then work on models yourself with supervision. Every case is reviewed together so you understand the reasoning behind each decision.
What you take homeYou'll leave with protocols you can start using immediately, a clear understanding of why the mix lasts longer and behaves more predictably than either product alone, and the confidence to attempt combinations you previously avoided. All participants receive a certificate.

This masterclass is for aesthetic doctors, dermatologists and plastic surgeons who already have injection experience. It is not suitable for beginners.

PRIME ERA: FULL FACE
17 and 18 October 2026, Wiesbaden, Germany
Two days. Theory and live practice. Certificate of completion. Limited seats, by application.
Most training teaches zones. Patients see a whole face.

Lips are taught on one course, cheeks on another and the jawline somewhere else, which leaves you with separate skills and no method for combining them.
The results your patients bring you as reference photos were planned across the whole face. Over these two days you will work through proportion, structure, detail and correction in the order you would treat them.
Day One. Structure

Morning. Proportion and planning
You will learn to use the Golden Ratio as a practical assessment tool and to identify which area is limiting the shape of the face, which is often different from the area the patient asks about.
We cover how to identify the features that give a face its character and how to plan treatment around them, so that different patients do not end up with the same result.
The product theory covers Radiesse, hyaluronic acid and the combination of both, including how each behaves over the first year and where each one is appropriate or unsuitable.

Afternoon: live practice
The afternoon covers cheekbones, midface support, jawline and chin. You will watch a full demonstration and then work on models under supervision.
Female: V-shaped face, cheekbone height that photographs well, a sculpted jawline and the Jolie angles.
Male: U-shaped jawline, cheekbone definition that does not feminise the face, and chin projection.
Combination technique is covered in detail, including ratios, dilution, injection depth, the choice between cannula and needle, and the combinations that should be avoided.

Day Two. Detail and correction
Morning. Lips and perimeter
First we work through five lip shapes: Baby, Pouty, New York, Russian and Luxurious Naturalness. You will learn both classic sub-dermal and superficial techniques and how to decide between them. You will also learn to read injection depth accurately and to combine techniques within a single lip without causing lumps, migration or asymmetry.
Then we move to the surrounding area, including nasolabial folds and chin support.
Marionette lines and the grooves are the hardest area to correct, and they are what make a face look tired and unhappy. Because the face works as one unit, marionettes are the end result of tissue descent across several vectors, which is why treating them locally fails most of the time. You will learn a modern approach that works on the ligaments and finishes with a result that holds.

Afternoon: full face practice
We continue working on models across the full face and lips, covering temple filler, cheekbone filler, full face lifting, marionette lines, jawline filler and chin filler.
We finish with step-by-step protocols for managing complications, so that you know how to respond in the first ten minutes.
What you leave with
Full-face assessment and planning. Protocols for structural and lip work you can use immediately! Correction skills for cases you would have turned down before.
You'll stop treating zones and start delivering full builds, with signature faces that hold together.
Certificate of completion for all participants.
