What this masterclass is about
Radiesse and HA work well together, but almost nobody teaches how to combine them properly. HA on its own gives a soft, safe result that fades. Radiesse on its own gives real lift and collagen stimulation, but it's less forgiving and you have to know exactly what you're doing. Mixed correctly, you get the strengths of both: lifting, face slimming and collagen stimulation in one procedure, with a lower risk profile than pure Radiesse.
This is the approach behind the sculpted, camera-ready faces you see in American clinics. Sharp jawlines, defined cheekbones, a clean facial contour that still looks natural. Your patients already bring you these photos. After this day you'll know how to deliver them!
Block 1. Radiesse and HA: what you need to understand before you inject
We go through how both products actually work, how long each one lasts, and what happens in the tissue after a month, six months and a year. You'll get clear indications and contraindications, the complications that can occur with each product, and how to prevent them. We'll also cover the patients who shouldn't receive the mix at all.
Block 2. The Golden Ratio and the face as a single unit
Knowing the anatomy protects your patient, but knowing proportion is what makes your results stand out. Most injectors understand the muscles, vessels and danger zones. Far fewer can look at a face and read it as one aesthetic unit, see how its proportions relate to each other, identify the features that make that particular face attractive, and decide what to enhance and what to leave alone.
In this block you'll learn to assess the face against the Golden Ratio and use proportion as your treatment plan, rather than treating zones one by one. This is what separates a technically correct result from a genuinely beautiful one.
Block 3. Mixing technique
You'll get the exact ratios, the zones where the mix works and the zones where it shouldn't be used. We cover dilution, preparation, injection depth, and when to use a cannula versus a needle and why. You'll also learn which combinations are safe and which ones should never be attempted.
Block 4. Female protocol
Creating a V-shaped face, cheekbones that read well in photographs, a sculpted jawline, and the Jolie angles. We also cover chin work in female aesthetics and how it supports the overall shape of the face.
Block 5. Male protocol
Building the U-shaped jawline associated with Brad Pitt, defining male cheekbones without feminising the face, and chin filler for men. We look closely at how male and female facial architecture differ and why the same technique gives very different results in each.
Block 6. Hands-on practice with models
You'll watch a full live demonstration first, then work on models yourself with supervision. Every case is reviewed together so you understand the reasoning behind each decision.
What you take homeYou'll leave with protocols you can start using immediately, a clear understanding of why the mix lasts longer and behaves more predictably than either product alone, and the confidence to attempt combinations you previously avoided. All participants receive a certificate.
