One day, in a small group, you rebuild the way you assess a face and the way you place a needle in it. Five lip shapes taught as distinct designs: Baby, Pouty, New York, Russian and Luxurious Naturalness. Classic sub-dermal and superficial techniques, reading injection depth, combining techniques without lumps or migration, dissolving with hyalase, and step-by-step protocols for complications. You leave able to look at a lip, name the shape it can hold, build it, and fix the ones that were built wrong.

The Berlin program: three parts, one day
Theory in the morning, live demonstration and supervised practice on models in the afternoon. Every case is reviewed together so you understand the reasoning behind each decision.
- Part one. Proportion and architectureRead the face before you touch it. Golden Ratio proportions of the full face, the key features that create beautiful lips, cheekbones, chin and jawline in relation, profile types (straight, concave, convex), profile angles and clinical assessment, and the different types of occlusion.
- Part two. The five signaturesFive lip shapes taught as distinct designs with their own entry points, depths and volumes, not five names for the same technique: Baby Lips, Pouty Lips, New York Lips, Russian Lips and Luxurious Naturalness.
- Part three. Technique and safetyClassic sub-dermal and trending superficial techniques, and when to choose each. Reading injection depth to build the exact shape you want. Combining techniques in the same lip without lumps, migration or asymmetry. Injecting hyalase to dissolve old or poorly placed filler. Step-by-step protocols for managing complications under pressure.
Dr. Olga Shvab

Dr. Shvab is known internationally for her work with dermal fillers and for teaching injectors to see the face as one unit rather than a list of zones. Her method starts with reading the whole face against the Golden Ratio, then building structure, then refining detail, so the result photographs well and still looks natural. She combines Radiesse and hyaluronic acid, works with true and false facial ligaments for lifting, and teaches five distinct lip designs. Doctors from Germany, Austria, Sweden, the USA and beyond have trained with her, in group masterclasses and privately in their own clinics.

Questions doctors ask before booking
The Berlin lip masterclass is open to doctors, dentists, nurses and licensed injectors from beginner to advanced. Beginners work on clean, untreated models; experienced injectors go deeper into combination work and corrections. The Radiesse and full-face programs require prior injection experience.
Group masterclasses are held in English with German and Russian translation. Private masterclasses in your clinic can be held in English, German or Russian. All written materials are in English.
